Profhilo is an injectable anti-ageing and skin remodelling treatment containing one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) on the market (64mg per syringe). It is not a filler. Once injected into the skin, it migrates into the areas that require lifting and tightening and achieves the ‘one million springs’ effect.

Rather than just plumping and filling wrinkles, the slow release of HA by Profhilo stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, improving skin tone, hydration and the appearance of fine lines. The result is improved skin quality lasting for up to 6 months.

Profhilo delivers great results as a treatment on its own or in combination with other aesthetic treatments.

TWO treatments are recommended with an interval of one month to achieve the optimum results, which will last from 1 to 1.5 years.

Indications:

• lack of skin elasticity

• sunken ‘hamster-like’ cheeks

• dehydration

• tired-looking skin

  Contraindications:

• Injections must not be performed on any previously treated areas (within two weeks of other treatments).

• There are no specific contraindications apart from those which apply to all beauty treatments (pregnancy, breastfeeding etc.)

• Please do not apply make-up after treatment to avoid the risk of infection.

• Avoid rubbing or massaging the injected area for 24h after treatment, including facials.

• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment.

Mild swelling and bruising may be observed after treatment. This should resolve within a few days post-treatment.
